Children's Day
This morning we brought our kids to mass. There was a special celebration for the children as children's day coincides with the feast day of St Therese of the child Jesus.
We also went for a children's book launching "Chilli Padi" by Adeline Foo & Lee Kowling, the illustrator is a friend of mine at the Singapore Philatelic Museum. We managed to get our books autographed! We haven't read the book to them yet, but Anne Lise just love the illustrations....
Our boy Sean saw the F1 stamp collection & absolutely wanted to have it..... he is crazy about cars.
We brought them out for lunch.... then went for a small shopping trip for shoes for Luis....
In the evening, we went out dinner at Marina Centre. After that, we took a stroll across to Esplanade and there to our pleasant surprise, there was a live concert of 4 young musicians, playing violin & cello in the main lobby. We listened to them playing pieces from "Beauty & the Beast", "Cinderella", "Aladin", "Lion King". Our kids were impressed! especially Luis...!
Now, they are all tucked up in bed and are very thankful for the very eventful Children's Day!

Quiet morning
I'm enjoying a quiet morning with my son Luis. He loves playing with his little "Learning PC" while mummy is busy checking her email on her computer! Later we'll go down for a walk and some grocery shopping. He's been busy following me doing my house chores this morning.... Hopefully later, Luis will spare me some time to do some beading.... Yes, I'm having some ideas which I'm in a hurry to work on!!!

Back again after a long while....
Well, I haven't been here for a year! It's been a year full of happenings... now where to start?? I'm still into jewelry making though I have taken up new activities recently. I'm into oil painting and I'm enjoying myself immensely.... Jewelry making is still part of my life though I haven't been publishing my pieces here since I've opened an online shop http://tresorbox.mintd.com
Do drop by! I hope to be here more often....
